Fitness step tennis shoes - Tennis Review

Fitness step tennis shoes

Zumba® Impact PulseI have three pair of shoes made by Zumba. This pair fits me the best. It has a good arch and heel support. As other reviewers have mentioned, I ordered a size up ( my usual practice for any athletic shoe). My feet are narrow - this shoe runs on the narrow side so if you have wider feet the Zumba Fly Fade is not for you. I would recommend either the Zumba Impact Max or the Fly II. Both have a good arch and heel support.

The main reason I'm returning these is the insole isn't removable (I could have ripped it out but didn't want to since I wasn't sure I was keeping them), so they wouldn't work with my orthotics. I slipped them on just to try them, and they felt too flat and too thin-soled to be comfortable anyway. The only reason I'm giving them 3 stars is because I personally couldn't wear them, and wasn't crazy about the style.

Zumba® Impact MaxWhile these are great looking shoes, they are not good for Zumba. I have other Zumba brand shoes and they have a "slick" turn ball. These have a similar sole, but they are not able to glide easily across the floor. It was like wearing regular athletic shoes.

Zumba® Impact Max Rated:4 stars!

These good looking Zumba shoes fit true to size. I am proud to wear them. I have been a Zumba dancer for 7 years and must admit that the pivot spot does not allow freedom of turns as well as expected. But I sure look good in these!

Love these shoes for zumba. They are perfect for moving quickly and smoothly across your dance floor from move to move. They are lightweight but feel very supportive even during high impact moves. Overall very happy with this product.

Zumba® Fly FadeRecommendation of a chiropractor/dancer: I was skeptical about these shoes when I first put them on. They were not very comfortable for walking around the house, and I thought that I was going to return them. But man am I impressed now that I have danced in them! I do rhythm & motion classes, which are similar to Zumba but with more African and hip-hop influence. My feet (and sometimes knees and lower back) had been hurting after class. I tried dance sneakers, barefoot, minimalist shoes, tennis shoes - always resulting in pain. I was beginning to wonder if foot pain was just part of dancing (depressing thought). The first time that I wore these Zumba Impact Max was the first class where I had zero pain in my feet (or anywhere else). I have been wearing them ever since and I love them. No pain, lots of freedom of motion, stability without restriction, and cute! They feel slightly large in the toe, but I have come to learn that this is a good thing for dance shoes, because it gives you some room for your foot to move. I have since recommended these shoes to my patients who to dance/aerobics. The spin area on the toe is essential to prevent knee strain.

I really like these shoes. I have a pair of Skechers "go-run" shoes that are really lightweight, and I wanted a shoe that was light but not so sticky on the bottom so that I could work out in my aerobics class. These were just what I needed.

Zumba® Impact Max Rated:3 stars!

Although these shoes are light weight and glide nicely the don't have enough cushion. I may try some inserts in them to see if that helps.
