Australian Open Tennis latest Scores

Australian Open Tennis 2015 was 103rd edition of the tournament which will be run by the International Tennis Federation (ITF). Australian Open tournament will be played in hard courts and this will take place over the series of 16 courts with Plexicushion surface.

Australian Open 2015 is scheduled to broadcast in more than 200 countries. All the matches of the tournament will be broadcasted live by the Seven Network. Australian Open Tennis 2015 Prize Money was increased by 10 percent to A$36, 300, 000, with Men’s and Women’s singles champions to receive a tournament-record three million Australian dollars reward.

This year as part of the aggrement between Tennis Australia, the United States Tennis Association (USTA) and French Tennis Federation (FFT) and one male and one female player from the United States and France received wild card into the Australian Open Singles event. Later four wild cards were also awarded at Asia Pacific Australian Open Wildcard Playoff into Men’s and women’s singles and doubles main draw events, while Tennis Australia conducted its own play off competitions, where Jordan Thompson, Daria Gavrilova and Samuel Thompson & Masa Javanovic mixed Doubles team received entries to Australian Open. Rest of the wild card entries are filled by Australian Internal Selection.
